I have Tiger on my Mac, and I wanted to upgrade my Limewire application. So I went to Limewire.com and chose to download version 4.18.8. When I begin to try to install it, "Installer" pops up, I select upgrade for the basic installation, and it begins tlimewire download 4.18.8 basico write the files and such. When it gets to the part of the installation of running the Limewire installer script, it says there's "less than a minute" remaining; however, I left my computer on for about 20 minutes and it was still no where closer to limewire download 4.18.8 basicbeing finished. Is there an easier way to get this software, or do I just have to stick it out and wait for a miserably long time?
go to download.com and type limewire their you can download it and it will tell you what os the software supports
