all movie torrentsWhen I download movie torrents in the .avi format, all I get is sound. Why don't I get the full video?

I go onto various torrent download sites, like Pirate Bay, SumoTorrent, and more. When I download movies in the .avi format, I open them in Windows Media Player, Quicktime, and RealPlayer. All of them just play sound. Can anybody help?
You need the correct codecs to play them. This little download works well for all movie torrentsme and will play anything I've come across



When the install screen comes up with options on what to install, you can uncheck their media player since you don't need it
I am trying to put these movies on my iPod. I have Sony Vegas 8 Professional to convert it, but it still just gives me sound. Does anybody elsall movie torrentse know about other file converters?
