Whenever I try to download a Yahoo video the Yahoo video screen comes up but nothing ever shows. Its a blank screen. Any suggestions to solve this problem.
Don't use it. It has never worked for me either. A crap!
I've asked this same question, but now I know the answer! Disable your Norton Anti-virus or equivalent -- both the anti-viruyahoo videos and anti-spam. You can do this by right clicking the yellow disk in the task bar that represents Norton Anti Virus.
Then click on the choices to disable and when the box comes up, choose 5 minutes or 15 minutes or whatever. Disable Norton BEFORE you open the video, or you will have to cyahoo videolose the video and re-open it to get it to load.
Sometimes it depends on your area. I know I can't get alot because I live in Canada
i think yahoo videos always have problems like this because the service now is beta just try later or go to google videos.
